Weston’s Premiere Social Happening

Westport businessman, Drew Friedman and Weston resident, Elayne Cassara have joined forces to create a dynamic new social hub in the heart of Weston. The business of La Roue Elayne was founded and is now owned by Elayne. Roue is French for “wheel,” as a wheel is always central to the operations of any mill and is symbolic to Elayne of empowering the newly established Weston based hub. Breathing new life into the well loved old mill, La Roue Elayne offers distinctive dining, exquisite catering, and a host of live entertainment to provide spiritual fulfillment and well-being.

Beyond the beauty of the newly updated historical restaurant and lounge situated on the cascading falls of the Saugatuck River, Drew and Elayne envision a memorial park to celebrate life on behalf of those who have transcended. Future plans include a premiere coffee bar with indoor and outdoor seating to promote conversational circles and give rise to a community of friends.

The J.K. Cafe target date for its grand opening is June 7th, 2013.
